Whether it be a license, a permit, or a grant that you feel you are entitled to from a government agency, or you wish to avoid action by government agencies that could result in suspension, revocation, or nonrenewal of your existing license or permit, Mr. Geldermann has more than 35 years of experience practicing and applying administrative licensing principles, and knows that agencies can only take actions that are supported by the administrative record, are consistent with statute and regulations, and make sense to the courts on review.  The Geldermann Law Practice is available to represent clients in licensing and permit proceedings before administrative agencies and will always strive to ensure that the administrative record in their case contains all information needed to justify their position before the agency, and to appeal to overturn any adverse agency decisions in the courts.
